Report a wrong or out-of-date listing

Found a program that has closed, a phone number that doesn't work, or a service it no longer offers? Tell us which listing and what's wrong, and we'll fix our copy.

Where the listing comes from

Each program page is built from what the program reported to SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov. Our copy was last pulled on October 24, 2026. The permanent fix is SAMHSA's record (FindTreatment@samhsa.hhs.gov or 1-833-888-1553), because we refresh from it every month. Tell us as well and we will correct our page sooner.

What happens next

A person reads every correction. We check it against the program's own website or by calling its listed number, change our page if it's wrong, and reply by email if you'd like to know.

Nobody pays us

Withdrawal.help takes no money from treatment programs. Lists are sorted by care setting and then by name, and the finder sorts by distance. A correction can fix facts; it can't change where a program appears.

Send a correction

The program's name and city, or the address of the page.
For example a closed program, a wrong phone number or address, or a service it no longer offers. Please don't include health information about yourself or anyone else.
So we can reply. We use it for nothing else.
